Booking Policy To book with any service provider at Candy Crve Skin, all clients must pay a non-refundable retainer toward their appointment. The remaining balance will be due at the end of your appointment. By booking your appointment, you agree that you have read and understood all policies of Candy Crve Skin. Retainer Policy All retainers are non-refundable. Retainers can be transferred a single time if your appointment is rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. If you reschedule your appointment more than once, your original retainer will be forfeited and a new retainer will be required to book your new appointment. If you reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, you will be required to pay a new retainer to secure your new appointment time, in addition to paying the cancellation fee (80% of the reserved service amount). Rescheduling Policy All appointments must be rescheduled at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If an appointment is rescheduled without 48 hours notice, you will be charged the cancellation fee (80% of the reserved service amount). Cancellation Policy If you have to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you give us at least 48 hours’ notice. Any appointment cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to paying the cancellation fee of 80% of the reserved service amount. Late Arrival + No-Show Policy We kindly ask that you arrive on time to your appointment. All appointments have a 5-minute grace period. If you arrive after the 5-minute grace period, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged the cancellation fee (80% of the reserved service amount). If you are more than 5 minutes late and do not communicate with our team, you will be considered a no-show and will be subject to paying the cancellation fee (80% of the reserved service amount). Service Changes Policy If you would like to make changes to the services booked for your appointment, we kindly ask that you do so at least a minimum of 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Any services removed with less than 48 hours notice, regardless of whether all services are performed. Age Policy To book with any service provider at Candy Crve Skin, you must be 18 years of age or older. If you are under the age of 18, you must have written parental/guardian consent AND accompaniment in order to book. Children Policy Due to safety and liability reasons, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing any children who are not receiving a service with you to your appointment. Guest Policy Your appointment time is set aside just for you. We kindly request that you do not bring any guests or plus ones with you to your appointment, unless otherwise approved by Candy Crve Skin beforehand. Product Sales Policy All products purchased in-store or online through Candy Crve Skin are final sale.
