(MUST BE 18+ TO BE SERVICED OR MUST HAVE WRITTEN PARENTAL CONSENT AND PARENT OR GUARDIAN MUST ACCOMPANY) -Any appointments rescheduled with 48hrs notice can transfer their retainer fee (deposit) up to 1x. If you fail to reschedule or communicate in a timely manner and your appointment has already passed you will be subject to pay the cancellation fee. Appointments rescheduled without 48hrs notice must pay 80% of the reserved service amount and a new retainer fee to secure a new appointment. -Any appointments cancelled without at least 48hrs notice or cancelled same day will result in a fee equal to 80% of the reserved service amount. -All services booked must be payed for at time of appointment, you may not reschedule parts of your appointment and any service removed day of appointment will need to be paid for. -All appointments have a 5 minute grace period. If you are unable to arrive by the 5 minute grace period and I am unable to accommodate you your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged the cancellation fee. -If you are more than 5 minutes late and do not contact me via txt or phone call you will be considered a no call no show. -All retainer fees (deposits) are non-refundable and all sales are final.
